Dodgers News: Andrew Friedman Can’t Say Enough Good Things About Freddie Freeman

In this story:
Freddie Freeman amazes Andrew Friedman with his awesome baseball performance and the way in which he plays the game every single day. He told MLB Network radio that he's never seen anyone like the Dodgers' superstar before.
“We have all been around really good players and, for the most part, they ride some highs and lows,” Friedman said. “Freddie’s ability to maintain excellence, day in and day out, is something I’ve never seen before.”
Another year with @FreddieFreeman5 in the NL MVP conversation. What separates him from the other contenders?

He continued:
“And the fact that he's so insistent on playing every day, it has an affect on our culture,” Friedman said. “His desire to play every day, him challenging his teammates to play every day."
This season, Freeman has been remarkable in every facet of the game. His incredible attitude and unbelievable performance encourage every member of the Dodger organization to do their best.
Following Freeman’s unbelievable old-school example, young players are buying into Friedman and Dave Roberts’ desires for the culture of the organization.
Freeman always has an approach when he goes up to the plate. He is the best base runner that Friedman has seen ever, despite not being the fastest. Defensively, he deserves a Gold Glove at first base every year for the way in which he makes things look so easy.
Along with Mookie Betts, Jason Heyward, and Miguel Rojas, Freeman is a clubhouse leader. Since he is having a record-setting performance and is destined to go into the Hall of Fame, everyone listens to what he has to say.
Every day, he does the same routine to get ready for the game. During spring training, Roberts said, “Embrace the grind.” Freeman does that and it has made him one of the best players in the entire league. He is currently making a serious case to win his second National League MVP award this season.

Since I was seven, I have been an ardent Dodger fan. My love for the Dodgers fueled me to be my high school baseball statistician for its Junior Varsity and Varsity baseball teams. For seventeen seasons, I was a freelance writer for Major League Baseball Advanced Media writing mainly about the Dodgers. I love writing about the Dodgers and eating.
