Major League Baseball is exploring options for a return to play and one potential plan is to host games without fans, though this wouldn’t be a first for the league. 

The Baltimore Orioles played against White Sox at Camden Yards without fans five years ago on Wednesday following the unrest from the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray. MLB continues to consider plans for a return to play, and games with no fan attendance remains a potential solution.
