MLB is coming back with a shortened season and expanded roster. Based on these new guidelines, the Tampa Bay Rays may be the most dangerous team in this baseball season. The Rays won 96 games last year with the lowest payroll in baseball and a shortened season actually plays to their strengths. There seems to be no team in the league better prepared for the upcoming season than the Tampa Bay Rays. Kaitlin O’Toole is joined by SI’s senior writer Tom Verducci for more on the Rays.
