Despite three fumbles and two interceptions, Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer still led his team to a 28-20 victory over the Steelers by throwing four touchdown passes.

Quarterback Rex Grossman kept an undefeated season going for the Bears with a 24-yard touchdown pass to Rashied Davis with less than two minutes to play. Grossman completed 23 of 41 passes for 278 yards in the 19-16 victory over the Vikings.

Darrell Jackson caught two of quarterback Matt Hasselbeck's five touchdown passes in the Seahawks' 42-30 win over the Giants.

Bucs quarterback Chris Simms connected with Joey Galloway in the second quarter for Tampa's first touchdown of the season. After receiving several hard hits in the game, a battered Simms had his spleen removed Sunday night and is out indefinitely.

Marvin Harrison caught six passes for 94 yards in Indy's 21-14 win against Jacksonville, making him the league's leader in receiving yards (334).

Eagles running back Brian Westbrook rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns, including this eight-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter. He also scored on a pass from Donovan McNabb as the Eagles defeated the 49ers 38-24.

Jets running back Kevan Barlow plowed through the Bills' defense for a three-yard touchdown run in the second quarter as the Jets held on to win 28-20 in Buffalo.

Brett Favre became the second player in NFL history to throw 400 career touchdown passes. He finished the day with three TD throws in a 31-21 win over Detroit.

Matt Stover booted a 52-yard field goal with 20 seconds left to beat the Browns 15-14 and give Baltimore its first 3-0 start to a season.

Redskins running back Clinton Portis rushed for two touchdowns in Washington's first win of the season. One of the scores came after the replay official ruled that Portis was down before fumbling the ball out of the end zone in the third quarter.

Dolphins quarterback Daunte Culpepper scored the team's only touchdown against the Titans, not with a pass but on a five-yard run in the third quarter, leading Miami to its first victory of the season, 13-10.
