The first season of Basketball Wives has come to an end, but you have the reunion episode to look forward to. And it won't disappoint. Sandra, who broke up the relationship between Suzie Ketcham (2nd from right) and Boston Celtics center Michael Olowokandi, appeared as a surprise guest. Ketcham apparently poured water on Sandra, which caused her to slip. Ketcham was arrested and Sandra was treated by paramedics.
Wedding planning can be a daunting task. That's why most husbands leave the details to their wives. It's no different with Carmelo Anthony and fiancee LaLa Vasquez. Except for two things. Melo has declared complete creative control over the food and the music. While the music selection is still up in the air, he has decided on red velvet cake.
Don't you just hate it when you go to a baseball game and get bombarded with people's phone numbers? Selita Ebanks feels your pain. While attending a Mets game, the Victoria's Secret supermodel was gracious enough to talk to some of her fans. Of course, a few saps asked for her phone number. When will they ever learn?
While we're on the subject, Ebanks is apparently seeing Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard. While her reps declined to comment, she was seen meeting up with Howard after a recent game.
Awkward couple alert. Hayden Panettiere took a trip to Germany and attended a WBC heavyweight fight. Didn't know she liked boxing? Well, she might, she might not. But she does like her boyfriend, boxer Wladimir Klitschko, aka Dr. Steelhammer. His brother fought in the match and scored a 10th-round knockout.
Fun fact about Brad Pitt: he likes soccer. In fact, he likes it so much he joined the USA Bid Committee to bring the FIFA World Cup to the U.S. Pitt had this to say about the sport: "Soccer is a truly global sport and the opportunity to join the effort to have the U.S. host the world's greatest sporting event again is a great honor." Hope this works better than President Obama endorsing the failed Chicago bid for the Summer Olympics.
Jay-Z and Beyonce took time out of their busy schedules to watch some tennis. The couple sat in the presidential box at the French Open and watched Rafael Nadal claim his fifth title by defeating Robin Soderling 6-4, 6-2, 6-4.
PDA at sporting events is nothing new. But this might be a first. During Game 1 of the NBA Finals between the Lakers and Celtics, ae cameraman put Dustin Hoffman on the Kiss Cam. Instead of turning to his wife, he turned to, and kissed, Jason Bateman. Apparently the joke went over well with their wives and the crowd. Could this be a new couple alert?
