Redskins quarterback Rex Grossman caused a mini-Internet stir earlier this week when an unflattering picture made him look out of shape. Now, he's generating much buzz for saying the Redskins will win the NFC East. I'm always torn on situations like this because you can't expect athletes to think differently. Sure, it's easy and fun to say that Grossman is out of his mind, and maybe Grossman would've been better off making a less definitive statement, but what else is the guy supposed to say before the season has even started? Regardless of Grossman's confidence, some Redskins fans still think the team needs a quarterback, so they've taken the search to cragislist.
