Rangers first baseman Mitch Moreland tossed a ball into the crowd at last night's Yankees-Rangers game. This old guy and his young girlfriend/wife/whatever decided to snatch it and keep it while the little kid next to them cried hysterically. The couple then laughed and took pictures while the kid kept weeping! Fortunately, someone later tossed the boy a ball, which brought a big smile to his face. Anyway, if anyone in Hot Clicks land knows the parents of the kid, please tell them to e-mail me so I can send the kid some stuff.

This was on full display during yesterday's Phillies-Diamondbacks game when Philadelphia radio analyst Larry Andersentried to get word to the Phillies -- from the booth -- that they needed to appeal a play. (And before you e-mail me, let me be clear: I have no problems with announcers being homers.)
