NASCAR has released a photo of the rope that was deemed a noose by the FBI, after their investigation where they announced the noose was there as early as October 2019 and Bubba Wallace was not a target of a hate crime.

Though the FBI and NASCAR found 11 totals ropes in all garages and tracks, only this rope was tied in a way to resemble a noose. Bubba Wallace has faced some public criticism, with many believing it to be a hoax, yet NASCAR continues its investigation behind the rope.
