NBA's Top 2013 Free Agents: 30-21

30. Lamar Odom

The 2012 free-agent market has been picked pretty clean. How does next summer's class shape up? SI.com begins its countdown of the top potential 2013 free agents with Nos. 30-21. It's easy to forget that Odom was the Sixth Man of the Year two seasons ago. Still only 32, Odom returns to the Clippers this year after fizzling in Dallas, where he struggled in 50 games before being deactivated late in the season. If he can rediscover the versatile game he displayed in the other L.A. locker room, he'll be in demand during the summer of 2013.

29. Jose Calderon

Calderon has been a steady source of assists and high-percentage shooting for the Raptors since coming over from Spain in 2005. But he's a weak link on defense and this season his role in Toronto is uncertain after the Raptors' acquisition of point guard Kyle Lowry. Still, the 30-year-old's playmaking and efficiency will attract interest on the market next summer. Calderon is owed $10.6 million this season.

28. Emeka Okafor

The No. 2 pick in the 2004 draft, Okafor has been a dependable presence on the boards for both the Bobcats and the Hornets. He joins the Wizards this season and can opt out of his $14.5 million contract for next season. Okafor wouldn't get nearly that much annually as a free agent, but if the soon-to-be 30-year-old plays well he might prefer to exchange that high salary for a multi-year deal.

27. Darren Collison

Collison impressed as a fill-in for Chris Paul in New Orleans and is looking to rediscover that form in Dallas after two ho-hum seasons in Indiana, where he finished 2011-12 as George Hill's backup. He will get a chance to re-establish his value as Dallas' likely opening-night starter at point guard.

26. Mike Dunleavy

After five seasons in Indiana, Dunleavy found a role off the bench with the Bucks last season, averaging an efficient 12.3 points and 3.7 rebounds. Dunleavy shot 47.4 percent from the field and converted 40 percent of his three-pointers for the second season in a row, making him a bargain at $3.75 million -- his salary for 2012-13, too. He'll turn 33 right before the 2013-14 season but could easily help anchor a contender's second unit.

25. Gerald Henderson

Henderson led the 7-59 Bobcats with 15.1 points a game last season, his third in the NBA after being the 12th pick in the 2009 draft. This is an important year in the development of the 24-year-old swingman, who is a career 21.6 percent three-point shooter and has yet to post even an average Player Efficiency Rating.

24. J.J. Redick

A deadeye shooter who previously made his living spacing the floor for Dwight Howard, the 28-year-old Redick now finds himself in the midst of a rebuilding project in Orlando. Given his skill set (he's a career 40 percent shooter from three-point range) and improvement in other areas of his game, he won't lack for suitors after playing out this season on a $6.2 million deal.

23. DeMar DeRozan

The Raptors ratcheted up the pressure on DeRozan by using the eighth pick in the 2012 draft on another swingman, Terrence Ross. DeRozan is only 23 with room to grow and he averaged better than 16 points in each of the last two seasons. But he shot only 42.2 percent last season, he's a career 20.6 percent shooter from three-point range and he hasn't distinguished himself on defense.

22. Jeff Teague

With Joe Johnson gone, Teague will be expected to play a larger role for the Hawks. He averaged 12.6 points and 4.9 assists in his first season as a starter, numbers he could easily exceed with the ball in his hands more often this season.

21. Kevin Martin

Questions surround him after a down season in Houston, but the 29-year-old Martin has a long track record of being a top-flight scorer and getting to the free-throw line a bunch. With Martin on a $12.4 million expiring contract and the youthful Rockets having drafted Jeremy Lamb with the 12th pick, it wouldn't be surprising to see Martin traded this season.
