Raptors' DeMar DeRozan hits Nuggets' Timofey Mozgov with poster dunk

Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan dunks on Nuggets center Timofey Mozgov during a Tuesday night game in Toronto.
Just seconds into the second quarter with the Raptors leading 28-21, DeRozan received the ball at the top of the key and penetrated hard around Nuggets guard Andre Miller, who was slow to react. Once into the paint, he wasted no time elevating straight over the 7-foot-1 Russian, who contested with his right arm from inside the protected circle. DeRozan went up and over Mozgov to cleanly deliver a sledgehammer dunk.
DeRozan certainly joins the "Dunk of the Year" conversation, which now includes: Kobe Bryant over Kris Humphries and Gerald Wallace, Nick Young over Larry Sanders, Kevin Durant over Marcin Gortat, Gerald Henderson over Dwight Howard, Byron Mullens over LaMarcus Aldridge, Jeff Green over Al Jefferson and Harrison Barnes over Nikola Pekovic.
The only consolation for Mozgov is that he's been through worse.
Here's Clippers forward Blake Griffin's memorable dunk over Mozgov back in 2010.
