John Wall threw down a beautiful 360 dunk in transition during the Wizards' 116-111 home win over the Lakers on Tuesday night.

The No. 1 pick of the 2010 draft has always been a fearsome sight to behold in transition, but it's a whole different story when there's no one between him and the rim.

With a little more than seven minutes remaining in the second quarter and L.A. leading 42-41, Wall jumped a passing lane to steal a Shawne Williams pass. With most of the players heading towards the Lakers' basket, Wall was cleared to accelerate to top speed as he cut back against the play's momentum. A quick left-to-right dribble was enough to beat Pau Gasol and put Washington into a 3-on-0 fast break situation.

Wall didn't bother looking for a gratuitous assist and he instead churned ahead to the protected circle, where he raised up for his spinning, two-handed dunk.

The Wizards improved to 6-8 even though they were without starting guard Bradley Beal, who is out for a few weeks with a right leg stress injury. Wall led the way with a game-high 31 points (on 10-for-18 shooting), nine assists and six rebounds in 37 minutes. Nene added a career-high 30 points (on 13-for-22 shooting) and five assists.

The Lakers dropped to 7-8 despite putting seven players into double figures. Jordan Farmar scored a team-high 22 points (on 9-for-11 shooting) and registered eight assists off the bench.
