Upon drawing a power forward or center on a mismatch, it's not uncommon for a skilled perimeter player to force up a seemingly open jumper. That's not a terrible choice, per se, due to the space often provided. But under the circumstances it's hardly preferable, as one would think a quicker player capable of attacking off the dribble to either score or create an open look elsewhere on the floor.
