Video: Timberwolves' Kevin Martin dunks on Grizzlies' Tayshaun Prince

Timberwolves guard Kevin Martin dunked over Grizzlies forward Tayshaun Prince during Minnesota's 94-90 home loss to Memphis on Friday.

With a little less than 10 minutes remaining in the third quarter and Memphis leading 52-39, Martin cut backdoor from the right corner to beat ball denial defense from Courtney Lee. Minnesota's Ricky Rubio hit Martin in stride with a strong bounce pass, and Martin didn't even need a dribble to gather himself into posterization mode. Price rotated over from the weakside to get both hands in front of the rim, but Martin cruised by him going right-to-left and finished a strong two-handed dunk.

Martin, known primarily for his marksmanship and foul-drawing ability, hasn't exactly cultivated a reputation as a leader over the years, but he had no problem finishing the rim-rattling play over the top of Prince's long arms.

The veteran guard finished with 14 points (on 7-for-17 shooting) and three rebounds for Minnesota in a losing effort. Kevin Love added a game-high 28 points (on 12-for-20 shooting) and 16 rebounds to pace the Timberwolves.

Zach Randolph led the Grizzlies with a team-high 26 points (on 11-for-20 shooting), 12 rebounds and four assists. Lee chipped in 16 points (on 5-for-7 shooting) and five rebounds.

Memphis improved to 25-20 with the win; Minnesota dropped to 23-23 with the loss.
