Video: LeBron James throws down poster dunk on Serge Ibaka, suffers bloody nose

Heat forward LeBron James suffered a bloody nose as he threw down a poster dunk over Thunder forward Serge Ibaka during Miami's 103-81 victory in Oklahoma City on Thursday.

The four-time MVP took a shot to the face on the play and left the game after blood poured from his nose on the play. Although James did not return to the court, he reportedly passed a concussion test.

"He’s got a swollen nose right now," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "It’s sore. We’ll reevaluate him when we get back to Miami.”

The carnage unfolded midway through the fourth quarter with Miami leading 88-74. James attacked the paint from the left angle, driving hard to his right to gain a step on Ibaka. Rising in the paint, James climbed the ladder over the top of Ibaka to finish a "throw dunk" before he appeared to absorb a hand to the face from Ibaka during his follow-through.

James immediately fell to the court on the baseline and looked face down at the hardwood as the blood poured. Play stopped shortly thereafter and he was attended to by his teammates and medical staffers.
