Warriors guard Shaun Livingston was ejected late in the second quarter of Golden State’s Game 4 duel with the Portland Trail Blazers, getting tossed from the game after picking up two technical fouls.

Livingston was upset after referees missed a foul on a layup. Livingston was hit in the head while going up on the offensive end, and began complaining on his way down the court. Referee Scott Foster hit Livingston with a technical, and then gave Livingston another T and kicked him out of the game after the guard kept complaining.

Livingston started at point guard for the Warriors, who are still trying to work Stephen Curry back into the lineup. Curry returned Tuesday, though he played off the bench for the first time since 2012.

Despite playing an unfamiliar backup role, Curry scored 40 points in 37 minutes, including a record-breaking 17 points in overtime. With Curry’s help the Warriors won the game, 132–125 in overtime, moving up to 3–1 in the series.
