LeBron James Sends Heartfelt Message to Dwyane Wade Ahead of Hall of Fame Induction

Lakers star LeBron James shared a heartfelt moment on social media with his former Heat teammate and legend Dwyane Wade ahead of the latter’s induction into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on Saturday.

“Today is the official day my brother @dwyanewade goes into the HOF!!!!! WOW WOW WOW bro!! Man I can’t say enough how proud and happy I am of/for you. The kid from Robbins, IL now in the HALL!!! You a bad man Trey Ball! SCREAMING 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️CONGRATULATIONS ⚡️. Love you kid!! 🙏🏾✊🏾🤎🫡👑#WadeCounty⚡️,” James wrote in an Instagram post.

James and Wade, along with Chris Bosh, were teammates in South Beach from 2010 to ’14. After James, a 19-time All-Star, announced his infamous decision that he was taking his talents to Miami, the trio made four NBA Finals appearances from ‘11 to ‘14, winning twice against the Thunder and the Spurs, respectively.

Wade spent 16 seasons in the NBA, 14 of which came in Miami. The now 41-year-old enters the Hall of Fame as a three-time NBA champion, a 13-time All-Star, an eight-time All-NBA player and Miami’s all-time leader in points (21,556), assists (5,310), steals (1,492) and games played (948).
