76ers Playoff Watch: Knicks vs. Heat Game 5 Odds & Prediction

The Philadelphia 76ers put themselves one step closer to clinching a spot in the 2023 Eastern Conference Finals on Tuesday night.

As the Sixers met with the Boston Celtics for Game 5 coming off of a Game 4 overtime thriller, the Sixers put together their best overall performance of the playoffs.

With a victory, the Sixers picked up a 3-2 lead over the Celtics before Game 6, which takes place on Thursday in South Philly. Before the Sixers and the Celtics tip off once again, the Miami Heat and the New York Knicks will battle it out for Game 5.

So far, the Miami Heat have taken total control of the second-round series. Although Miami had a lot of doubters coming out of the regular season after they dropped from being a top seed last season to going 1-1 in the NBA Play-In Tournament, the Heat have been nearly unstoppable in the playoffs.

Following a first-round beatdown against the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks, the Heat are up 3-1 over the fifth-seeded Knicks heading into Game 5. If Jimmy Butler and the Heat can once again pull off a victory on the road at Madison Square Garden, they’ll punch their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second-straight season.
