Recently the Philadelphia 76ers have been on an impeccable run of games, only dropping two games in the month of March, as they took on stiff competition from the likes of the Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers, and even the Dallas Mavericks.

Numerous times over the previous few weeks, different members have been asked about the vibe surrounding the team as they seem to do almost nothing wrong.

Most recently, De'Anthony Melton spoke with NBC Sports Philadelphia following the Sixers, 116-91 blowout win against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, explaining that it took time to build this feeling around the team.

"It's a long season, so it took a while to get our chemistry going, but we feel like we're definitely active, and we have to get ready for a tough stretch ahead," said Melton.

Philadelphia's schedule for the second half of the season is a big motivator for the team, as they still have games against the Golden State Warriors, Phoenix Suns, Milwaukee Bucks, and Boston Celtics up until the final regular season game.

The 24-year-old feels that this rigid patch of games was a motivator for the team.

"Once we saw the schedule for the second half of the season, we knew we had to lock in and be even more disciplined," explained Melton.

Regardless of how the Sixers perform during this patch, they won't have to play with the thought of not making the playoffs, having secured their spot on Tuesday.
