76ers vs. Heat: Kyle Lowry on Injury Report Thursday

In this story:
UPDATE: Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra has confirmed that Kyle Lowry is AVAILABLE to play against the Sixers on Thursday.
With the Philadelphia 76ers already locked into a playoff spot, they don’t have much to compete for on Thursday night. The same can’t be said about their opponent, the Miami Heat.
As Miami sits in the seventh seed, they aren’t guaranteed a playoff spot at this time. Fortunately for the Heat, the sixth seed is still attainable. However, they can’t come up short on Thursday.
Right now, the Heat have some injury concerns going into Thursday’s matchup. Aside from Nikola Jovic, who’s on the injury report due to back spasms, the Heat have two other players listed. The big man Bam Adebayo initially entered Thursday’s game listed as questionable, but he’s been upgraded to probable.
As for Kyle Lowry, he remains questionable to play in Philly. All season long, Lowry has been battling setbacks all season long, as he’s appeared in just 53 of 79 games for the Heat. While he played in Miami’s last two games after missing a matchup on March 29, Lowry could potentially miss Thursday’s game due to left knee soreness.
In the previous two matchups between the Sixers and the Heat this season, Lowry was out on both occasions. The last time he took on the Sixers was during last year’s playoff run, in the third and fourth games of the second-round series between Philly and Miami.
