76ers vs. Heat: Tyler Herro, Kevin Love’s Playing Status Monday

In this story:
After all, the Miami Heat will have a couple of key players available to play against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Going into Monday night’s matchup against the Sixers, the heat added the veteran forward Kevin Love to their injury report. Per the team, Love is dealing with a right knee hyperextension. Although he was expected to play since he was listed as probable, Love was officially upgraded to available one hour before tip-off.
While the Heat expected to have Love in the mix on Monday night, they were unsure whether or not they would have their star guard Tyler Herro on the court. On Miami’s injury report, Herro was listed as questionable due to a right rib contusion. Similar to Love, the Heat upgraded Herro to active not long before tip-off.
Although Herro and Love are available, the Heat are still missing a couple of prospects on Monday night. The young center Omer Yurtseven will miss the matchup as expected as he continues to recover from left ankle surgery. The rookie forward Nikola Jovic is also out without a timetable for return as he recovers from a lower back stress reaction.
Lastly, the Heat will be without the veteran guard, Kyle Lowry, as he continues to deal with knee soreness. The last time Lowry played for the Heat was on February 2 against the New York Knicks. Since then, Lowry’s missed the previous eight games for Miami.
The Sixers and the Heat are set to tip-off at 7 PM ET, on Monday.
