76ers vs. Heat: Will Joel Embiid, James Harden Play?

In this story:
With the Philadelphia 76ers locked into the Eastern Conference’s third seed, the team will prioritize health during the final few games on the schedule.
Going into their Thursday night matchup against the Miami Heat, the Sixers have several names on the injury report. None of the players currently listed are the starting center Joel Embiid and the starting point guard James Harden.
Lately, Harden’s been dealing with Achilles soreness. Embiid has battled with calf tightness recently as well. As a result of Achilles soreness, Harden missed four games. Embiid missed just one matchup as a result of calf tightness.
Over the last four matchups, Embiid and Harden have both been on the court for the Sixers. Fortunately, neither of them dealt with any setbacks during the recent stretch.
While Harden and Embiid will likely get some rest before the regular season concludes, it seems they are on pace to continue playing on Thursday when the Sixers take on the Miami Heat.
As for Tyrese Maxey, De’Anthony Melton, and PJ Tucker, they are questionable for the matchup.
The 76ers and the Heat are set to tip off at 7:30 PM ET.
