76ers vs. Warriors: Game Odds, Players to Watch

In this story:
On Friday, the Philadelphia 76ers take on the Golden State Warriors as they look to start their West Coast trip off with a win.
The Sixers come into Friday night off of a dominating win over the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night, enacting revenge for their narrow defeat earlier in the week.
De'Anthony Melton led the Sixers in scoring with 25 points, filling in for the absences of James Harden, who sat due to soreness in his left Achilles.
Despite playing the first half, Joel Embiid was notably absent from the second half after Doc Rivers benched him as he appeared to have pains in his calf, ending his night with 12 points, bringing his nine-game streak of 30-plus points per game to an end.
Harden will remain out on Friday as he still suffers from soreness, being joined on the bench by Jalen McDaniels, who sits with right hip soreness.
On the other side of the ticket sits the Golden State Warriors, who come into the match off of a controversial win over the Dallas Mavericks.
The talking point in the match came in the third quarter when there was an argument made about which team had possession of the ball before the Warriors scored two points, which separated would end up separating the game.

Players to Watch:
Sixers: Tyrese Maxey
Tyrese Maxey has been having a ball since the beginning of the month, averaging 22 points on 55 percent shooting.
These previous three games have been huge for the third-year guard, as he has scored a minimum of 20 points during this time period.
With Harden out once again, Maxey could continue to have an increased role on the offensive end of the court.
Warriors: Steph Curry
To no one's surprise, Steph Curry is the Warriors' player to watch, as the defending Finals MVP is averaging 30 points in the month of March, on an efficient 44 percent from downtown.
It will be the first time Curry faces the Sixers this season, as he was out when the two sides met earlier this season.
