Game preview
The Bucks couldn’t overcome a depleted roster at the time as they played without Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday, Khris Middleton, Pat Connaughton, Grayson Allen, Joe Ingles, and A.J. Green that night.
Milwaukee and San Antonio are having contrasting campaigns this season. Powered by Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jrue Holiday, Brook Lopez, and the fit-again Khris Middleton, the Bucks are the first team to reach 50 wins this season and the first to secure a playoff berth.
With a 51-20 slate, Milwaukee occupies the number one spot in the Eastern Conference team standings with a two-game lead over the 50-23 Boston Celtics.
