The Milwaukee Bucks wrap up their regular season with a road game against the Toronto Raptors on Sunday afternoon.

Not so much is at stake in this match except for ending the regular season on a winning note, as the Bucks have already secured a playoff berth and the number one overall seed.

Crucial playoffs incentive

Being the number one overall seed means the Bucks will have the home-court advantage in all the playoff series that they will be playing.

Milwaukee is the No. 1 seed for the first time since 2020. They were seeded number three when they clinched the NBA championship in 2021.

Milwaukee will come into the game with a 58-23 slate, and regardless of the outcome of the game, it will end the regular season with the best record in the 30-team field.

Toronto is currently in ninth place with a 40-41 slate. The Raptors have already secured a play-in berth in the East. The Bucks defeated the Raptors in their first three meetings this season.

Milwaukee is coming off a 137-114 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies in a game on Friday night that saw its stars sitting out.

The Bucks are expected to rest their top players once again and let the reserves do the job against the Raptors.

Injury report

Pat Connaughton (ankle), AJ Green (foot), Brook Lopez (rest), Khris Middleton (knee), Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee), Jrue Holiday (rest), and Grayson Allen (ankle) will not be suiting up for the Bucks.

The Raptors will be without Fred VanVleet (thumb), O.G. Anunoby (ankle), Pascal Siakam (rest), and Otto Porter Jr. (out for the season).
