The furthest thing Milwaukee Bucks’ superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is known for is his three-point shooting. Yet, in an interview with Nick DePaula of Boardroom, the “Greek Freak” revealed that he’s not closing his doors to joining the All-Star Three-Point Shooting Contest.

Never say never

Giannis has done plenty of incredible things on the basketball court, feats never before seen from a player his size. But winning the All-Star Three-Point Contest would certainly be up there, given how little he’s showcased his long-range prowess throughout his career. So when the topic of joining the three-point contest came up, Antetokounmpo said:

"Never say never. Because I really believe in my hard work. I believe I work my butt off. You never know man."

To date, Giannis is shooting 28 percent from long distance for his career. The best he’s done percentage-wise was 34.7 percent, which he accomplished during his rookie year in 2013-2014, so it might take some serious work for him to become a legitimate three-point threat or even get an invite to the prestigious event.

Picking Sabrina to beat Steph

The Golden State Warriors’ legendary shooter Steph Curry will be competing against WNBA star Sabrina Ionescu in a special long-distance shootout on Saturday night. Giannis is surprisingly picking the New York Liberty star to get the best of the NBA’s all-time leader in three-pointers made.

"I put all my money on Sabrina," the Greek Freak said.

This shootout will surely be a sight to see, especially after the show Sabrina put on in last year’s WNBA Three-Point Contest, where she tallied 37 points, and, at one point, made 20 shots in a row.
