Giannis Antetokounmpo continues to make a strong case to be the best player to ever don the Milwaukee Bucks jersey.

Following another strong performance on Monday night, where he helped the Bucks defeat the Washington Wizards 142-129, Giannis tied Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most games (106) with 30+ points, 10+ rebounds, and 5+ assists in the Bucks franchise history.

Back-to-back solid games

Against the Wizards, Giannis finished with 42 points, 13 rebounds, and eight assists, helping the Bucks stretch their season-high winning streak to five. It was the second straight game that the two-time MVP collected 30-plus points, 10-plus rebounds, and five-plus assists.

Giannis piled up 40 points, 15 rebounds, and seven assists when the Bucks nipped the Dallas Mavericks 132-125 on Saturday night. Antetokounmpo has vowed to bounce back after the Bucks suffered a humiliating first-round exit last season.

For this season, Antetokounmpo averaged 29.3 points, 9.9 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.2 blocks. Giannis has already scored 30 or more seven times this season. His stellar performances have allowed the Bucks to move up in the standings after a slow start to the season.

The Bucks are on a roll

Milwaukee got off to a subpar 2-2 start marred by two blowout losses. The Bucks have picked up the pieces and have gone 8-2 in their last 10 games.

The surge allowed the Bucks to move up to third place in the Eastern Conference standings behind the Boston Celtics (11-3) and the Philadelphia Sixers (10-3).

Milwaukee co-owns the active winning streak in the tournament. The Oklahoma City Thunder are the only other team that is on a five-game winning streak.
