To say the James Harden era has been a disaster for the Clippers is an understatement. Game after game, the team has been embarrassed with the most latest example being against the 1-8 Memphis Grizzlies. Now, the takes are starting to fly, including some from former Clippers.

Patrick Beverley appeared on an episode of FanDuel's Run it Back where claimed that the Clippers are going to be an awful regular season team, but a dangerous playoff team.

"They're going to be an awful regular season team," Patrick Beverley said. "They're going to be a dangerous playoff team because the playoffs are all about matchups. When it comes to all season, they're going to be god-awful. It's going to be one person that's left out."

When it comes to what the specific issue is, Beverley believes it's a camaraderie one. The former Clipper believes Harden not having a training camp with the team is definitely going to cause problems with fluidity on the court.

"It's just camaraderie, they haven't spent a lot of time with each other," Beverley said. "You can't practice a lot because if you practice a lot, you have to worry about your health throughout the longevity of the season. It's hard when you get new guys from training camp and they haven't been in training camp with you and they don't know the plays... It's going to be an odd man out, they've just got to pick who they want the odd man out to be."

After going 0-4 with James Harden, against mainly inferior teams, the Clippers need to make a change. Their big four starting lineup simply doesn't work, and either Russell Westbrook or James Harden will need to come off the bench.
