Following an exciting win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama rallied his home crowd after the game on a microphone. It was a special moment for the fans in attendance, who were treated to an incredible performance from Wembanyama on the court, and special moment with him after the game.

During a recent segment of FanDuel's Run It Back show, former Memphis Grizzlies forward Chandler Parsons shared a NSFW statement after Wembanyama's viral moment, saying, "Did you say they lost 12 of 13 before this? They're gonna have a parade today in San Antonio because they won one f--king game."

While the Spurs are of course not a good team, and have really struggled this season, that shouldn't mean they cannot have fun moments like this with their home crowd. It doesn't seem that Parsons was saying San Antonio cannot celebrate these moments, but he did seem to be poking fun at the celebration after this win over Oklahoma City.

For teams like the Spurs, who hope to quickly evolve from a bottom-tier team to a playoff contender, there are almost always moments during these losing seasons that can be pointed back to when a team does finally begin winning. Progress is not linear, and the Spurs are celebrating the victories they do get, especially when Wembanyama is making history.
