It doesn't seem that Parsons was saying San Antonio cannot celebrate these moments, but he did seem to be poking fun at the celebration after this win over Oklahoma City.

For teams like the Spurs, who hope to quickly evolve from a bottom-tier team to a playoff contender, there are almost always moments during these losing seasons that can be pointed back to when a team does finally begin winning.
