Eastern Conference Recaps, Feb. 24: Julius Randle Has A Huge Performance In Knicks Comeback Win Against Washington Wizards

Julius Randle scored a career-high 46 points, including seven 3-pointers to lead the New York Knicks to a 115-109 comeback victory against the Washington Wizards.
The Knicks trailed by many as 19.
“Once we got lost in the game and started getting some stops and the rebounding was good, and then the movement without the ball,” Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau said. “We got some easy buckets and then that got us going.”
Immanuel Quickley led all reserves with 16 points and RJ Barrett had 14. Kyle Kuzma and Kristaps Porzingis led the Wizards with 23 points and Bradley Beal had 16 points.

OTHER NOTES:
-Six Atlanta Hawks players scored in double-figures in a 136-119 victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Trae Young led the way with 34 points and Dejounte Murray had 25. Onyeka Okongwu had 13 points and 11 rebounds off the bench.
Darius Garland led the Cavaliers with 33 points and Donovan Mitchell had 19.

-LaMelo Ball’s 32 points and 10 rebounds led the Charlotte Hornets to a 121-113 victory against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Gordon Hayward had a season-high 27 points and 13 rebounds and P.J. Washington had 20 points. Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves with 29 points and Rudy Gobert had 17 points and 10 rebounds.

-The Chicago Bulls gave the Brooklyn Nets their worst loss of the season in a 131-87 victory. Zach LaVine led the Bulls with 32 points and DeMar DeRozan had 17. Cam Thomas led the Nets with 22 points off the bench and Seth Curry had 19.
