Eastern Conference Recaps, March 5: Knicks Remain The Only Undefeated Team After The All-Star Break After Win Over Celtics

The New York Knicks remain the only team to go undefeated after the All-Star break.
They were put to the test when they played the Boston Celtics, one of the best teams in the East. The game featured 12 lead changes but the Knicks took a 131-129 victory in double overtime.
Immanuel Quickley finished with a career-high 38 points, the most he scored since Dec. 29.
“It was a huge performance by him,” Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau said. “I was going to give him rest at the start of the fourth, but then he knocked down a couple of shots and I thought the game was in the balance right there.”
Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 40 points and 11 rebounds and Jaylen Brown had 29 points.
