No More Max Strus Sets Up Redemption Year For Miami Heat's Duncan Robinson

In this story:
Miami Heat sharpshooter Duncan Robinson showed flashes of his 2020 self during last season's NBA Finals run.
And now Robinson could be the perfect candidate to fill the role Max Strus played for the Heat before he left for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Three seasons ago, Robinson averaged 13.5 points while shooting 47 percent from the field and 44.6 percent from the arc. After signing a five-year, $90 million contract in 2021, he struggled to find playing time.
Robinson’s shooting splits steadily decreased the last three seasons. Due to injuries to Tyler Herro and Victor Oladipo in last season's playoffs, Robinson was forced to step up. He reverted to old form, averaging 9.0 points on 47.5 percent from the field and 44.2 percent from three-point range.
The Heat need that Robinson this season if they are going to fill the void left by Strus, who was a starter for most of the past two years.
