Charlotte Hornets at Milwaukee Bucks Game Preview

In this story:
The Hornets head to Milwaukee on Tuesday to take on the Bucks. Superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks are currently 33-17 on the season, good for the third-best record record in the NBA. The Hornets meanwhile are 15-36 on the season, good for 14th-best record in the Eastern Conference
The Bucks are one again in championship-caliber form this season. Giannis is currently averaging a career-high in scoring at 31.7 PPG as he shoulders the load for another championship-contending run.
The Hornets have split the season series thus far against the Bucks, trading road wins. In Milwaukee on January 6th, the Hornets blew out the mighty Bucks 138-109, showing that they will not lay down to the league's best.
After winning the last two games against Chicago and Miami, a win against Milwaukee tonight would give the Hornets their first three-game win streak of the season.
What to Watch for:
The Bucks contest the second-most shots in the NBA at 51.2 per game, including contesting the clear most-2-point shots at 34.0 per game. This usually indicates that teams should plan to attack from three-point range if possible, but the Hornets are shooting a league-worst 32.5% from beyond the arc. If the Hornets are going to flip the script for the second time while visiting Milwaukee, there is going to have to be a clear game plan to exploit the Bucks emphasis on defending inside.
