Jazz-Rockets Injury Report: SG Jordan Clarkson Update Revealed

The Utah Jazz will lace them up one last time at the Delta Center this season.

The Utah Jazz will play their final home game of the season when they face the Houston Rockets on Thursday night. Utah will be missing multiple key contributors.

Walker Kessler, Jordan Clarkson, John Collins, Kris Dunn, and Collin Sexton are out. As for the Rockets, Jae’Sean Tate and Alperen Sengun are out.

It appears that Jordan Clarkson won’t be suiting up for what could’ve been his last game as a Jazzman. The former Sixth Man of the Year is rumored to be on the trade block for this coming summer. With the Jazz focusing on their younger players, it would make sense to part ways with their most tenured player.

With both franchises playing for draft position, fans can expect the rookies to get plenty of time on the court tonight. Keyonte George, Taylor Hendricks, and Bryce Sensabaugh have shown flashes that they could be a part of Utah’s rotation moving forward. However, there’s been plenty of growing pains as well. The trio of first-year players will be looking to stake their claim that they deserve to be a part of Utah’s future.

That said, Jazz fans who have embraced the tank will hope that Jazz will lose again. Utah Is currently locked into the eighth-best lottery odds, with the Brooklyn Nets two games behind them in the lids column. A loss from Utah will secure that eight spot.

The oddsmakers like the Rockets in this one and have Utah pegged as a 10.5 underdog. The tip-off is at 7:00.
