The Utah Jazz are back on their feet after defeating the Dallas Mavericks 100-99 in Game 4 of the Western Conference's first-round playoffs.

The Jazz were dealt a new card in this hand with Dallas star Luka Doncic returning to action, but with a complementary team performance, led by Jordan Clarkson's 25 points, it was the home squad who came out on top.

Check out the highlights from Game 4, a matchup that went down to the wire.

Although Doncic led all scorers with 30 points, the Jazz received a strong performance from the reigning sixth man of the year and the ever-imposing threat of Rudy Gobert. Donovan Mitchell started the game on relatively solid footing, before fading in the second half.

Mitchell did not score in the second half until deep into the fourth quarter but he made the requisite plays when it mattered. The game-sealing play came with the Mavs trying to hold onto a one-point lead with 11 seconds left to go.

Mitchell drove to the hoop, pulled up, and floated a beautiful alley-oop to Gobert, who slammed it home with thunderous authority. The Mavs called timeout, but could not connect on the team's final shot of the game.

With rumors of locker room discord and doubters galore, Gobert finished the night with a four-letter message for the critics.

"F--- the talk," Gobert said post-game. "We're just trying to be the best team we can be. We're trying to enjoy the moment and whatever happens, happens."

The Jazz will face off with the Mavs in Game 5 in Dallas on Monday night with the series tied 2-2.
