Recent Gilbert Arenas Podcast Slams Utah: ‘Move the Jazz to Seattle!'

In this story:
The Utah Jazz recently caught some heat on one of the many podcasts surrounding the NBA. This time, former NBA All-Star G Gilbert Arenas and nine-year league veteran G Brandon Jennings had some choice words for the franchise on an episode of Gil’s Arena.
In the episode, both former players were giving out their take on the Jazz when Jennings mentioned that the team shouldn’t even be in Utah, advocating for an entire relocation of the franchise elsewhere:

“They lowkey need to get rid of the Jazz. The whole franchise, just tear it down. Man, move the Jazz to Seattle so we can get it crackin’... Utah should be the only team where you can only play white players. Just all foriegners and white players. I don’t want to see no black players."
Arenas continued into the conversation to give a similar message as Jennings:
“I know this sounds racist. If Utah was just all white, I’m pretty sure no one would say nothing about it. Because we know they’d be trash... Nobody would be offended!... and we would literally be okay."
The podcast is known for generating hot and unfiltered takes for basketball fans to tune into, many times getting into some heated arguments about various topics on and off the court. These recent comments come in as just another entry into that book.
With no imminent plans to move the team to Seattle, Jazz fans can sleep well at night knowing their team will be here to stay in Salt Lake City with an exciting team to watch next season.
