NBA GMs Commend Jazz Homecourt Advantage in New Anonymous Poll

In this story:
Through the 50-year history of the Utah Jazz franchise, the team’s fanbase has remained one of the most passionate and dedicated in the entire association. Consistently ranking highly in arena attendance amongst the league, the homecourt advantage is very advantageous when any opposition comes to visit Delta Center.
During this season’s annual GM poll, the Utah faithful got some respect thrown their way when ranked as having the 4th-best home-court advantage in the league, only behind the Denver Nuggets (1), Golden State Warriors (2), and Sacramento Kings (3).
The full voting for best home-court advantage went as follows:
1. Denver Nuggets: 37%
2. Golden State Warriors: 17%
3. Sacramento Kings: 13%
4. Utah Jazz: 10%
T-5. Boston Celtics: 7%
T-5. New York Knicks: 7%
T-5. Toronto Raptors: 7%
8. Philadelphia 76ers: 3%
It’s a bit of an adjustment from last season’s poll, as the Raptors earned the number one spot in 2022 with a 21% share of the voting. Now, they've fallen a steep 14%. As for the Jazz, they came in tied for fourth place last year with 14%. While it’s a slight dip in percentage in comparison to now, the consensus has remained very similar.
Last year, the Jazz remained in the top half of league attendance (13) while maintaining a rebuilding reputation. Looking ahead to this season, those numbers could take a jump when considering the state of this roster is looking a bit brighter. Locked with young talent and a competitive group of players, fans should pack the house once again in 2023.
Locking into just two weeks until the season kicks off, the excitement for Jazz Nation continues to build with an unpredictable yet exciting campaign soon underway.
