Lakers Injury Report: LeBron James Playing Through Ailments, Illnesses

After an utterly dominant 37 point, six-rebound, eight-assist performance in a 105-104 win against the Rockets, LeBron James was asked about how he's shooting an unbelievable 60% from the field in the month of November:
"I guess I'm just in a really good groove right now."

While James attributed his performance to just being "in a really good groove right now," he also mentioned that he's injured and feeling sick, as two separate issues.
"I don't feel that great right now..dealing with a couple injuries.. little under the weather right now... just trusting the work and the competition gets me going...if I'm in the lineup I have to produce – no ifs, ands, or buts, or excuses... even if your body's not feeling great...[you got to] get your mind right."
The issues LeBron is dealing with are slightly unclear, as while he missed one game and some time in another due to a calf contusion last week, it didn't seem like the effects of the injury were still pertinent.
Nothing else has popped up on the injury report, but it's likely that given his age and physical style of play, he has minor ailments all over his body.
His sickness is also unclear, but could be attributed to external factors like allergies, weather changes, etc., so it can be assumed that those will pass fairly quickly.
The injury report should probably be monitored just to see if anything pops up, but given the way he's playing and how looks out on the court, it'd be surprising if he misses any time absent a new injury.
