Valentine's Day passed over a month ago but it seems as though the current owner of our Los Angeles Lakers, Jeanie Buss, is still very much in the loving spirit. She has been engaged to famous comedian and actor Jay Mohr since the end of last year and the two are set to show off their chemistry in front of their fans very soon.

One would think that Buss has her hands full with all the duties that come with running a multi-billion dollar franchise. However, on March 30, she will be suiting up alongside her fiance on the comedy stage.

In a promotional flyer that reveals the Laker Girls will also be present, it teases that Buss and Mohr will be rocking suits from 'The Incredibles' and the event will take place at the Ice House Comedy Club in Pasadena.

Mohr actually just wrapped up a comedy tour in 2022 where he traveled all around the US entertaining different groups of people with his unique punchlines. Before he dove into his comedian talents, Mohr was known for his appearances in multiple TV shows and movies.

Luckily for Buss, the Lakers appear to be in their best position all season. They are currently in the mix of a tight Western Conference to make the playoffs and have numerous players returning from injuries.

It is great to see our owner and president exploring different aspects of her career and also supporting her soon-to-be husband but let's be honest, the Lakers' fanbase is not always the kindest. I definitely think that if LA was still far out of the postseason race like they were earlier in the year, Buss' decision to take part in this show would not garner the best responses.

Jeanie's brother, Johnny Buss, is also the current owner of the Ice House Comedy Club so it is a win for the entire family.
