Lakers News: Superstar Point Guard Hints LeBron James Team Up in East Coast

What does this mean?

NBA free agency is set to start at 6 pm ET on Friday and rumors are already starting to heat up. A number of rival teams are seriously considering giving Austin Reaves and Rui Hachimura huge offer sheets and LA also has some huge decisions to make pertaining to the rest of their free agents.

Superstar forward LeBron James reportedly will not be playing a huge role in LA's free agency/trade decisions this summer for the first time in a while and ever since he teased a potential retirement after the purple and gold lost in four games to the Denver Nuggets, he hasn't really followed up.

James' Instagram story is where he's been able to keep Lakers fans up to date with his life and mindset and he posted a couple of interesting ones teasing fans about his uncertain basketball future with some Jay-Z lyrics. However, ESPN was able to get yet another statement out of him after their latest post.

They did a way-too-early 2024 mock draft and slated USC's newest guard Bronny James to the Atlanta Hawks with the number 17 pick. LeBron replied that the James Gang will be there and fans think that he was teasing a potential move to the Eastern Conference franchise.

Twitter was having a field day after he made this post and the graphics of him alongside Hawks' star point guard Trae Young were made very quickly and fans began wondering if it could actually happen. James has made it very clear that he wants to log at least one season with his son.

Young himself replied to one of the jersey swaps and provoked fans even more by adding his own opinion to the mix.

Young has been very vocal as of late when it comes to his own NBA future and how the Atlanta Hawks will be looking moving forward. They just made a big trade to clear a lot of space as they sent John Collins to the Utah Jazz.

Let's see if we'll indeed 'Talk Soon!'
