The Lakers will be without both Doncic and Reaves for the first time this season.
LA is playing in the second night of a back-to-back on Monday after their win over the Miami Heat on Sunday, which improved them to 5-2 on the season.
Doncic and Reaves are coming off solid performances on Sunday. The five-time All-Star played in his second game back from injury and did enough to lead LA to a win.
Doncic recorded 29 points on 9-of-22 shooting from the field, 11 rebounds, 10 assists and three steals in 38 minutes of action. As for Reaves, he recorded 26 points on a similar 9-of-22 shooting from the field, four rebounds and 11 assists.
Doncic will miss his fourth game of the season, while Reaves will miss his first.
Last season was an injury-riddled one for Doncic. He suffered a severe left calf contusion injury during his time with the Dallas Mavericks. That caused him to miss 22 games and was traded to LA in the midst of his recovery.

He returned in mid-February and propelled the Lakers to the No. 3 seed in the West, but it was clear that he was not himself. Still, he put up incredible numbers in LA, playing in 28 games in the purple and gold.
Doncic is in his first full season in LA, and so far, it's been one to remember.
Reaves has been a star to begin the 2025-26 season. Through the seven games, he has been a revelation for the Lakers, averaging 31.1 points per game, 9.3 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 1.4 steals while shooting 48.9 percent from the field and 34.4 percent from three in 37.9 minutes of action.
The 27-year-old could be in line for a massive payday after the season. Reaves is projected to receive north of $35 million annually in his next contract, and that number should only increase if he continues his stellar play.
