Big Injury Development for Denver Nuggets Star Revealed

In this story:
The Denver Nuggets are set to begin a five-game road trip that will take them to New Orleans, Cleveland, Detroit, Orlando, and Houston. In a big development, it was announced that Jamal Murray will be traveling with the Nuggets on this trip. While head coach Michael Malone could not say if Murray will make his return from injury on this trip, Harrison Wind of DNVR Sports reported that the door does remain open for a return during this trip, as Murray has been making progress daily:
Jamal Murray traveling with the team doesn’t mean that he’ll play on this road trip. Vlatko Cancar will also travel. But the door is open. Murray has been making progress daily. https://t.co/JS6XD4DQAe

This is great news for the Nuggets, because even if Murray does not return on this road trip, it sounds like he is getting close. The Nuggets have remained dominant in Murray's absence, getting even more production from Nikola Jokic, who has shouldered a bigger offensive load since his star teammate went down.
The early favorites to repeat as champions many places, the Nuggets have been every bit as dominant to start this season as they were last postseason. This is saying a lot considering how good the Nuggets looked in the playoffs, but at 9-2 the defending champions have shown no signs of regression.
Once the Nuggets get Murray back they will be an even scarier force in the Western Conference, as his play takes them to another level. As of right now, all signs point to that return being in the near future.
