Indiana Pacers vs Toronto Raptors preview: Start time, where to watch, injury report, betting odds February 14

The Pacers finish a road trip tonight

The Indiana Pacers wrap up a three-game road trip tonight as they take on the Toronto Raptors in Canada. The Pacers are 1-1 on the trek so far after an ugly loss to the Hornets on Monday.

This is the first meeting between the two teams since they made a blockbuster trade last month. Pascal Siakam went to the Pacers while Jordan Nwora and Bruce Brown went to the Raptors. For Siakam, it's bound to be an emotional night — this will be his first game in Toronto as a visitor in his entire career.

Pacers vs Raptors Injury Report

The Pacers listed Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring injury management) and Bennedict Mathurin (right knee bruise) as questionable. Jarace Walker (G League assignment) is also questionable, as are Isaiah Wong, Oscar Tshiebwe, and Kendall Brown due to their status on two-way contracts. Jalen Smith (lower back spasms) and James Johnson (illness) are out.

The Raptors listed Markquis Nowell as out. RJ Barrett is questionable.

Key Matchup

Pascal Siakam vs Scottie Barnes: For the first time in their careers, Siakam and Barnes will face off in the frontcourt. Siakam was an All-Star in the past, and Barnes is one now. They are both talented and will produce for their teams.

Both players are roughly 20 points per game scorers while Barnes is slightly better as a rebounder and distributor. Siakam is the slightly more polished scorer, and making use of that advantage as often as possible will be key for the Pacers tonight. They'll hope to get a win entering the All-Star break.
