Raptors In Tough Again vs Timberwolves: Where to Watch, Injury Reports, and More

The Toronto Raptors will be in for another long night Wednesday when they head to Minnesota to take on the Timberwolves: Where to watch, injury reports, and more

It'll be a quick turnaround for the Toronto Raptors who head to Minnesota on Wednesday night to take on the Timberwolves at 8 p.m. ET.

Where to Watch

TSN and the FAN 590 will broadcast for Toronto. Bally Sports North and KFXN-FM will call the game for Minneapolis.

What to Watch For

  • Toronto has yet to release its injury report, but it won't be too surprising if RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley get the night off. If that's the case, it'll be another rough one for Toronto's offense. Expect Gary Trent Jr. to be back, but it could get ugly in a hurry against the Timberwolves.
  • The Raptors have signed Malik Williams to a 10-day contract to add some size to their depleted center room. Williams should see playing time on Wednesday behind Kelly Olynyk. He hasn't shown much in the G League this season to really impress, but he should get a shot over the next few games to show what he can do at the highest level.
  • Anthony Edwards has really come into his own this season and is solidifying himself as one of the league's most exciting young players. Considering where the Raptors are at these days, maybe it's better off enjoying how talented the competition is. On any given night, Edwards has a chance to something really special.

Injury Reports

Toronto hasn't released its injury report yet but expect Scottie Barnes, Jakob Poeltl, Chris Boucher, DJ Carton, and Jontay Porter to all be sidelined. Ochai Agbaji and Bruce Brown Jr. are the ones to keep an eye on Wednesday afternoon.

Minnesota is on a back-to-back as well and has yet to release its injury report. Karl-Anthony Towns will certainly be ruled out.

Game Odds

The Timberwolves are -15.5 point favorites with an implied win probability of 95%. The total for the game is 215.5
