In this story:

1. CP3 TO SPURS?

"Paul, 38, has two years left on his contract with the Suns, but he's only guaranteed part of his salary this season, while all of his money next year isn't guaranteed. CBS Sports suggests an idea for the Spurs as a new destination for Paul."

2. TITLE CONTENDERS?

"The last time the Spurs won the draft lottery, they selected Tim Duncan and won 56 games the following season. If Wembanyama is considered to be an even better prospect than Duncan, could San Antonio possibly build a roster that can contend in 2023-24?"

3. SPURS REACT TO WEMBY

"Current Spurs players were clearly watching the lottery results closely knowing the potential prize that awaited. And once it became official that San Antonio would be selecting first, some of the team's biggest names took to social media to share their excitement."

4. POP GONE?

"Of course, Wembanyama will certainly sign his rookie deal once the Spurs draft him next month ... but what about Popovich? The longtime coach had his contract expire at the end of the season and currently doesn't have a new deal."

5. HEAT VS. CELTICS GAME 2

"With the Heat already stealing a game on the road, they accomplished what they were looking for and that is taking the home-court advantage back in the series. This game has a letdown all over it, plus this is close to a must-win for the Celtics."

Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CST.
