When it comes to shots fired over the internet, not even Phoenix Suns forward Mikal Bridges is safe from the action.

The Suns have been in pursuit of Kevin Durant since the forward initially requested a trade from the Brooklyn Nets, and most trade packages desired from Brooklyn would include Bridges in exchange for Durant.

However, nothing has materialized quite yet on either end. The Suns have reportedly held Bridges off the negotiation table, but that hasn't stopped whoever is running QuikTrip's social media.

QT tweeted out a mock trade that send Bridges to Brooklyn, and offered a hilarious response as to why he was included.

Bridges is an unapologetic native of Philadelphia and an avid supporter of Wawa, a popular stop for many back on the east coast.

Of course, Bridges had to fire back.

The offseason continues to produce tremendous moments of entertainment, although most Suns fans (as QT can attest) really hope Bridges remains in the Valley.
