Suns Star Devin Booker Trends on Twitter

In this story:
Phoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker has been enjoying his offseason, and though it feels like basketball season will be here in no time, we've officially entered the longest part of the lull where nothing of substance is on the horizon.
Perhaps a move from Damian Lillard will change that across the league - but for the Suns - things are mostly settled for a squad highly expected to reach the next level and bring home an NBA title.
Booker's been posting some great vacation pics on his Instagram page to keep his followers updated on the star's happenings, though Booker found his name trending on Twitter (X? Twitter?) on Friday.
Perhaps it's because it's the three year anniversary of Booker hitting the famous laying-on-the-floor pose while calling game over the Los Angeles Clippers in the bubble:
On this day, 3 years ago, Devin Booker hit The Shot and The Pose.

Others also brought up the point in time where Booker was complaining about being doubled during an open gym session some years back.

Some dove into the numbers and found that perhaps a MVP season was on the horizon for the Kentucky product.
Devin Booker’s averages playing alongside Kevin Durant last season:

31.5 points
7.1 assists
4.6 rebounds
54.9/42.1/86.0 shooting splits
65.4 TS%
The Suns adding Bradley Beal and plenty of two-way versatility will only make it easier for Booker to create scoring opportunities.… pic.twitter.com/vBwIM683qj
Maybe - just maybe - he might have shaken the Kardashian curse, too.

It's a long offseason (and will continue to be) until preseason activities can provide us with actual basketball content, though it's nice to see Booker or any member of the Suns being discussed in a (mostly) positive way.
