Grant Wants Justice for Breonna Taylor, Westbrook Joins UCLA Hall of Fame

Former Thunder forward Jerami Grant used his media availably on Wednesday to call attention to the killing of 26-year old Breonna Taylor. Taylor was fatality shot by police officers on March 13th when they entered her home without knocking.
Tuesday, 87 people, including former OU wide receiver Kenny Stills were arrested in Taylor's hometown of Louisville while protesting. When Garant was asked how the Nuggets were spending their time in Orlando, he said.
"It’s great to be back playing basketball."... "For me personally, and I think a lot of the players, I think it’s imperative that we focus on what’s really important in the world".
"One thing, for me, is Breonna Taylor’s killers still are roaming around free. I think I just want to focus on that with these interviews.”
Grant answered every question by referring to Taylor and the civil unrest taking place in our country. The Nuggets who have Grant's back posted his comments with the statement "Arrest the cops who killed Breonna Taylor.
Westbrook Joins UCLA Hall of Fame
Former Thunder guard Russell Westbrook is one of the newest members of UCLA's Hall of Fame. Westbrook is the headliner in a class that features nine former Bruin athletes.
Westbrook's teammate and current Cavalier Kevin love is also apart of the 2020 class. During his time in Westwood, Westbrook went to back to back Final Fours under Ben Howland.
The upcoming nine-member @UCLAAthletics Hall of Fame induction class will include Russell Westbrook and Kevin Love.

After a Final Four appearance, Russell & Kevin were selected back-to-back in the 2008 @NBADraft.

He also earned all Pac-10 honors and won the Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year award. While in Oklahoma City, Westbrook became the first player in NBA history to average a triple-double in three straight seasons.
