NFL's Most Overrated Players
Terrell Owens
It looks like Terrell Owens is more bark than bite, at least according to his peers. In a recent SI poll of 239 players, the Bengals WR received 14 percent of the vote. Here are the other players who made the list.
Tony Romo
Romo's nightmare season continues as he received seven percent of votes.
Mark Sanchez
The Jets may be off to a 5-1 start, but that didn't impress the five percent of players who voted Sanchez as the league's most overrated.
Albert Haynesworth
Haynesworth's tenure in Washington hasn't just been maddening to the Redskins coaching staff and fans as he received five percent of the votes from his fellow players.
Eli Manning
Manning was on top of the world in 2007 after he led the Giants to the title but his recent play has not impressed the rest of the league. He received four percent of the votes.
Shawne Merriman
Merriman, who received four percent of the vote, was recently placed on injured reserve by the Chargers and will be released when he's healthy.
Chad Ochocinco
Ochocinco isn't quite on the overrated level of his teammate T.O., but he did receive four percent of the votes.
Reggie Bush
Bush, whose been out of action since Week 2 with a broken bone in his right leg, received three percent of the vote.
Jay Cutler
It's been a tough season for Cutler, who's already been sacked 23 times in five games. His fellow players have little sympathy as three percent voted him as the league's most overrated.
Joey Porter
Porter may talk more trash than any player in the league, and his fellow players don't seem to like it much as he received three percent of the votes.
