Gridiron 11: One-Hit Wonders

Sidney Rice finally showed up to the 2010 fantasy party last week, hauling in five catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns in the Vikings' impressive win over the Bills. While it's his only real fantasy contribution of the season thus far, he's very likely to have a repeat performance, so it would be unfair to list him as one of the season's one-hit wonders. However, these 11 players, who all have had one outstanding game, don't have Rice's upside for the season. In other words, more is not likely to come.
