Saunders was hospitalized for two days after a single-car crash on August 15. The team later confirmed Saunders had suffered a seizure while driving to the practice facility.
Saunders participated fully in Monday's practice and "is expected to get plenty of snaps" in the Jets' final preseason game Thursday, according to the Post.
Saunders, a fourth-round pick out of Oklahoma, is listed as a fourth string wide receiver and the team's top punt returner.
